WHEN WILL I GET MY BAG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Currently, orders that are received will ship within 1-2 business days.

CAN I USE MY OWN TEE WITH THE BAG?

Possibly. VeloTee is designed to accommodate other batting tees. However, there might be some batting tee models that do not fit properly. If you happen to need a replacement tee, visit our Bag Accessories and order one today!

HOW MUCH CAN IT HOLD?

VeloTee can hold up to 80 baseballs, 40 softballs or if you want to carry your gear, your typical equipment + 10-20 balls. The more you add, the heavier it will be.

CAN I SIT ON IT?

No. Our VeloTee Bat Bag isn’t designed for sitting on. We do have a Coaches Bundle that comes with a Tri-Fold Chair that fits into any of the bat slots.

CAN I ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE TEE?

Yes. The batting tee that comes with each bag can be adjusted to different pitch heights.

WILL IT TIP OVER?

Maybe. VeloTee is designed to hold balls, helmets, gloves, and gear. As you hit more balls out of your bag it will get lighter. If you are making solid contact the bag shouldn’t move (instant feedback) if you are making poor contact the bag could tip, but if the home plate top is still attached it will stop it from tipping over all the way.

HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH?

Our VeloTee bat bag and batting tee together weighs 9.8lbs. The weight increases the more items you add to it.

HOW WILL MY VELOTEE BAT BAG SHIP?

Your VeloTee bat bag and batting tee will ship flat, some assembly is required. Please see assembly instructional video: https://youtu.be/QecUfqFmUVo

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BAG?

Yes, we do offer customization for team orders only. We do not offer individual customization.
